3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activities or actions under your account. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. Orders and Payments
When you place an order through Eatvaa, it constitutes an offer to buy the products from the Partner. All orders are subject to acceptance by the Partner. Payment for all orders must be made at the time of ordering through the available payment methods on our platform. Prices listed on the platform are determined by the Partners and may include taxes and delivery fees.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies may vary depending on the Partner and the status of your order. Once an order is accepted by a Partner and food preparation has begun, cancellations may not be possible. Any requests for refunds due to issues with food quality, wrong items, or other concerns should be directed to our customer support team through the contact information provided on the Service.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users or Partners), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Navitbh Technologies and its licensors. The Eatvaa name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Company.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Navitbh Technologies, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
